GLENCOE WORKSHOP

This one day workshop will concentrate on the Glencoe region of Scotland, which is one of the most impressive locations in Scotland for landscape photography. Great thing about Glencoe is that it is easily accessible, being just a 3 hour drive from Edinburgh or Glasgow, but at the same time it is remote enough to get a perfect LOST IN NORTH feeling. We will explore some of the most amazing locations Glencoe has to offer and try to get off the beaten track to see locations not visited by the crowds of tourists. If you choose a 2 or 3 day workshop, we will also explore castle Stalker and Kilchurn. While discovering all the wonders of Glencoe we will focus on mastering the following aspects of landscape photography:

  • Using the camera
  • Composition
  • Focusing
  • Exposure control
  • Using filters
  • Long exposure techniques
  • Post-production in Photoshop/Lightroom

Remember that there is no bad weather - only bad preparation.
